Tang Lau is a unique, multifunctional tenement building style in Hong Kong, and this architect proposes to revitalize and revive these now dilapidated buildings with movable, multiuse bamboo scaffolding. The scaffolding with provide space for the construction workers to build, as well as different spaces for pedestrians to enjoy their sidewalk shopping experience.
